Cookie and local storage policy
Last updated: October 8, 2026 · Stiloir (individual developer, Türkiye)
If the English and Turkish versions differ, the Turkish version prevails.
This policy explains what the Stiloir website (https://stiloir.space) stores in your browser, and why.
In short
- Stiloir uses no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies and loads no third-party tracking code on its pages.
- It sets no cookies on its own site; it keeps what it needs in your browser's local storage (localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB).
- Everything stored is strictly necessary for the service to work; none of it is used to recognize you or build a profile of you.
What do we store?
- Session: your session key when you sign in, so that you are not signed out when you reload the page. It is deleted when you sign out.
- Preferences: interface preferences such as the filters you choose, your season and view choices, and whether the opening animation has been shown in this session.
- Changes waiting to be saved: if your connection drops, the changes you make on a board wait in your browser and are saved when the connection is back.
- Faster connection: the address of the session server, so that the connection is set up faster the next time you open the site.
Third parties
The Apple and Google pages that open when you sign in with Apple or with Google may use their own cookies; those are subject to those companies' policies. Stiloir's own pages carry no tracking code from these companies.
Some images in Discover, Insights and Reports load straight from the news publisher's image server, and the Pinterest topic images shown in the magazine in Reports load from Pinterest's image server. When they do, your browser sends your IP address and browser details to that server (the referring address is not sent). Publishers and Pinterest may use their own cookies; those are subject to their policies.
How do I delete it?
- When you sign out of Stiloir, your session details are deleted.
- You can delete the site data for stiloir.space (cookies and site data) in your browser settings; this also deletes your preferences and any changes waiting to be saved.
- If you block local storage, you cannot sign in, and your preferences are not remembered.
