Extra credits are spent after your plan's credits and stay valid for 12 months, even if your plan ends. In the app you can buy up to 10 of the smallest pack at once to choose your amount. Every pack gives fewer credits per dollar than a plan: if you need more every month, a bigger plan is cheaper.

Worked example
A weekly report runs about 4 times a month, a monthly one once.
A weekly report uses 60 credits a month (4 × 15), a monthly one 15 credits (1 × 15). You can also start up to 5 runs a day by hand.

How do credits work?
Credits are shared: the same balance covers research, AI images on your boards, the web and the iOS app. Monthly credits refill at every renewal; unused credits do not roll over. Reading news, Discover, Insights and the Daily Issue use no credits.
If you run out of credits, a scheduled report is skipped that time (free of charge) and resumes by itself after renewal.
How do I buy?
- Download Stiloir to your iPhone or iPad from the App Store.
- Sign in with the Stiloir account you use on the web.
- Choose your plan under Account > Plan and credits; you pay with your Apple account.
- The plan is tied to your Stiloir account: you work on the web with the same credits right away.
Purchases happen only in the Stiloir iOS/iPadOS app, through Apple. Manage and cancel your subscription on your iPhone or iPad under Settings > your name > Subscriptions, or in the App Store subscription settings. Refund requests go through Apple.
Frequently asked
Why can't I pay on the web?
Stiloir sells only through Apple. Apple handles payment, invoices, taxes and refunds; your card details never reach Stiloir. You cannot buy anything on the web, but a plan bought on iOS works on the web with the same account.
How does the trial work?
Your new account opens with 40 trial credits, valid for 7 days. The trial is free, asks for no payment details and never turns into a subscription by itself.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Monthly credits refill at every renewal; whatever is left at the end of the period expires. Credits have no cash value.
What happens if I change plans?
An upgrade starts right away: Apple accounts for the time left on your previous plan in the price. The new plan's monthly credits are loaded, minus the credits you used on the previous plan, at most the previous plan's credits for the time Apple refunds. The previous plan's remaining credits expire. For example, if you have used 300 credits on Starter and switch to Pro halfway through the period, you get 1,800 credits, not 2,000. A downgrade starts at the next renewal.
What if I cancel?
Your plan and credits stay valid until the end of the period; after that your account continues for free and no new credits are loaded. Your boards and reports are not deleted.
What if I run out of credits?
If you run out of credits, a scheduled report is skipped that time (free of charge) and resumes by itself after renewal. AI images on boards are generated as long as the balance lasts; reading news and Discover keep working without credits. With an active plan you can buy extra credits in the app and carry on right away.
