Parties and acceptance

Stiloir (the website https://stiloir.space and the Stiloir iOS/iPadOS app) is offered by Stiloir (individual developer, Türkiye). By creating an account or using Stiloir, you accept these terms. How your personal data is processed is explained in the Privacy policy and the KVKK notice. The iOS/iPadOS app is also licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA); these terms supplement it.

The service

Stiloir is a workspace that offers fashion research, trend analysis, scheduled research, AI-assisted image generation and editable collection boards. You work on the web and in the iOS/iPadOS app with the same account.

Your account

• Your account details must be accurate; you are responsible for the security of your account and your password.
• An account is for one person; you may not transfer your account to someone else.
• You can delete your account at any time (on iOS under Account > Delete account, on the web under Profile > Delete account).

Subscriptions and credits

• Plans (Starter, Pro, Max) are monthly, auto-renewing Apple subscriptions and are bought only in the Stiloir iOS/iPadOS app. The web takes no payments.
• Apple sells and bills the subscriptions; the seller in the purchase is Apple. Payment, invoicing, taxes and refunds follow Apple's rules, and the purchase is subject to Apple's Standard EULA. Your card or payment details do not reach Stiloir.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The current price is shown in the App Store in your local currency, with taxes.
• A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the end of the period.
• You manage and cancel your subscription on your iPhone or iPad under Settings > your name > Subscriptions or in the App Store subscription settings. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Refund requests are made through Apple, under Apple's rules: reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Each period adds the plan's monthly credits. If you upgrade in the middle of a period, the credits you used on the previous plan are deducted from the new plan's credits, at most as many as the previous plan's credits for the time Apple refunds. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred to anyone else, do not carry over to the next period and expire at the end of the period.
• Extra credit packs are one-time Apple purchases and are bought in the app only on top of an active plan. They are spent after the plan's monthly credits, are valid for 12 months from purchase and can still be used if the plan ends; they have no cash value. If Apple refunds a pack, its remaining credits are deducted from the account.
• Credits belong to your account and are shared between the web and iOS. If you do not have enough credits, scheduled research is skipped that day and nothing is charged.
• An upgrade starts immediately; a downgrade starts at the next renewal. Plans are not shared through Family Sharing.
• New accounts get 40 trial credits, valid for 7 days. The trial is free and does not turn into a paid subscription by itself.
• The plans' monthly credits and daily usage limits are listed on the Plans page. Price changes are announced under Apple's subscription rules.

Acceptable use

You may not use Stiloir to create or upload unlawful content, to infringe other people's copyright, trademark or personality rights, to try to get around the security of the service, or to strain the service with automated, bulk requests. Serious or repeated breaches of these terms may lead to the account being suspended or closed.

Content and intellectual property

• The content you upload and create in Stiloir belongs to you. Stiloir processes this content only to provide the service.
• You are responsible for how you use the images you create and for respecting the rights of third parties.
• The news and images in Discover belong to their publishers; Stiloir links to the sources and does not claim this content as its own.
• The Stiloir name, logo and software belong to Stiloir.

Changes and interruptions

Features may change over time. The service may be interrupted temporarily for maintenance or because of problems at service providers. If these terms change, the current version is published on this page with its date.

Limitation of liability

• AI results: text, images and trend indicators made with AI are generated automatically and are for information only; they may be incomplete, wrong or similar to other content. They are not guaranteed to be accurate, original or fit for a particular purpose. You are responsible for the design, production and business decisions you make based on them, and for checking the rights of third parties before you use the generated images.
• Third-party news: the news, images and web results in Discover and in research belong to their publishers. Stiloir does not create this content and is not responsible for its accuracy, its timeliness or the linked sites.
• The service is provided as is, to the extent the law allows. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, Stiloir cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or data, or the service being temporarily unavailable.
• Your statutory rights as a consumer are reserved; this section does not limit them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; consumers' statutory rights are reserved.
