Where do I buy a plan?
Plans are bought only in the Stiloir iOS/iPadOS app, with your Apple account. The web takes no payments; a plan bought on iOS works on the web with the same Stiloir account. Details are on the Plans page.
My plan does not show on the web.
Make sure you signed in on the web with the same Stiloir account as in the iOS app. If you did, restore purchases in the iOS app under Account > Plan and credits; if the problem persists, write to us.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone or iPad under Settings > your name > Subscriptions, or in the App Store subscription settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal and the next period is not charged; your plan stays valid until then.
Can I get a refund?
Apple takes the payments, so refunds also go through Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
I ran out of credits. What happens?
Scheduled research is skipped that day, free of charge, and resumes by itself after renewal. Reading news, Discover, Insights and the Daily Issue use no credits.
How do I delete my account?
In the iOS/iPadOS app under Account > Delete account, on the web under Profile > Delete account. Your boards, images, research and credit records are deleted permanently. Deleting the account does not cancel the Apple subscription; cancel that separately on your iPhone or iPad under Settings > your name > Subscriptions, or in the App Store subscription settings.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen, enter your email address and tap "Şifremi unuttum" (Forgot password); a reset link is sent to your inbox.
I have a request about my data.
Send access, correction and deletion requests under Türkiye's data protection law (KVKK) to hello@stiloir.space. How to apply is described in the Requests section of the KVKK notice.

If the English and Turkish versions of a legal text differ, the Turkish version prevails.
