Gift credits for feature requests
When you send a feature request from Support, we may thank you with credits. These are the rules.
What you get
- 100 AI credits, added to your account's balance.
- The credits are valid for 90 days from the day they are given; what is left after that expires.
- At most one gift per request, and a limited number of gift credits per account each month.
When we give them
- Gifts are at Stiloir's discretion and are given only after we review the request. Sending a request does not earn credits by itself.
- A request that is clear, possible to build and useful to designers is a candidate. Whether we build it is a separate decision.
- If several people ask for the same thing, the first sender gets the gift.
When we don't
- The feature already exists in Stiloir.
- Someone asked for the same thing before you.
- The request is too vague to act on, or it cannot be built.
- Requests sent in bulk or only to collect credits. A gift given by mistake may be taken back.
